Garden Soirée

Floral, flirtatious, and impossibly chic.
Peach nectar meets elderflower and Brighton Tea Rooms Fresh Mint tea in a luminous blend that tastes like golden hour in a glass. Finished with a hint of gin — or sparkling botanicals for the sober curious — it’s the essence of a summer evening at Brighton.

A garden party in bloom. Soft laughter, silk dresses, the scent of mint and possibility.

🍑 Garden Soirée

Delicate, fragrant, and flirtatiously floral — the scent of summer in a glass.

✦ Ingredients (1 serving)

With alcohol:

  • 45 ml (1½ oz) gin (Four Pillars Ginor a floral style like Hendrick’s)
  • 90 ml (3 oz) chilled Brighton Tea Rooms Fresh Mint tea (brewed light and fragrant)
  • 45 ml (1½ oz) peach nectar or puree
  • 15 ml (½ oz) elderflower syrup (or cordial)
  • Ice cubes

Without alcohol:

  • Replace gin with 45 ml sparkling mineral water or a botanical zero-alcohol spirit

✦ Method

  1. Mix the base:
In a shaker, combine gin (or non-alcoholic substitute), mint tea, peach nectar, and elderflower syrup.
  2. Shake to chill:
Add ice and shake gently for about 10 seconds to blend and chill without diluting too much.
  3. Strain and serve:
Strain into a coupe or stemmed glass filled with fresh ice (or serve “up” with no ice for elegance).
  4. Garnish:
Float a small mint leaf on top and add a thin peach slice or edible flower for a romantic flourish.

✦ Presentation Tip

For Brighton’s signature aesthetic, serve with a gold cocktail stirrer or pressed flower ice cube.
Pairs beautifully with a tea macaron or a citrus shortbread on the side.
