The kettle would boil while someone sliced a fresh sponge cake in the kitchen. Loose leaves were carefully measured into the pot, one spoon for each person, and one for the pot. Friends dropped by unannounced. Family stayed a little longer at the table. Conversations weren’t rushed. Tea tasted different then. Not because life was perfect, but because people took the time to make it properly.

Somewhere along the way, life became faster. We rush out the door with takeaway cups, answer emails while we eat, and squeeze small moments of comfort into busy days. Brighton Tea Rooms was created to bring a little of that feeling back. Our organic loose-leaf teas are inspired by the simple pleasure of properly brewed tea, comforting blends made to be shared, savoured, and remembered.
