Directions

Bring these incredible herbs alive by infusing a heaped teaspoon in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy warm or over ice.

This tea may also be used as a herbal facial steam bath. Add one teaspoon to a bowl of steaming hot water. Steam for 10 minutes. Caution needed.

Drink 1 to 3 cups daily, as required.
